Lincoln Lewis has shown off his washboard abs in a new Instagram post on Saturday.

The Tomorrow, When The War Began star looked every inch the beach stud as he took to Instagram to reveal he has been following a disciplined routine to get back into shape.

Spent the last couple of months taking it pretty chill with things like my eating & exercise. It was great but always catches up to ya.

The 32-year-old actor said that actively meditating and returning to his happy place, the beach, has definitely helped keep him motivated.
