Married At First Sight’s Amanda Micallef took to Instagram to show off her muscly frame amid mandatory hotel quarantine on Sunday.

“I am froffen to throw some weights around, eat proper food, socialise, soak up the GC sun, hang with my new crew and breathe fresh air,” she began.

“⁣I’m thankful I’ve been able to hold onto my shape, with the lack of macronutrient balance from hotel meals.”

The reality star continued: “⁣I’ve still trained in here once a day, short 20-30 min workouts. albeit body weight or with resistance bands.⁣”

Amanda went on to say that she has been working hard and keeping busy, despite the lack of freedom and boredom, and created projects where possible.

She concluded the post writing: “A wise one once said to me, “Never let a good crisis go to waste”
