5 Seconds of Summer have won another ARIA award!
The Aussie rockers Michael Clifford, Luke Hemmings, Calum Hood and Ashton Irwin – won the Song of the Year honor for their song “Teeth.”
This marks the third time the guys have won this fan-voted award, also marking a record for the most wins in this category.
5SOS first won in 2014 for “She Looks So Perfect,” then again in 2018 for “Youngblood.”
“TEETH has been voted song of the year at the ARIA awards. We learnt so much about ourselves on the record CALM and teeth is a tribute to high energy rock shows that we all love and miss dearly,” the guys wrote in a note on Twitter.
“When you think of the song teeth, please think of going to the gig, please think of enjoying music live and loud. Thank you to our fans and family! Love always C, A, L, M.”
The ARIA Awards are held annually in Sydney and are like the Australian equivalent of the Grammys!
