Listen up! Miley Cyrus commands attention as she release new album “Plastic Hearts”
While her love-life continues to make headlines, pop singer Miley Cyrus Is concentrating on her music and has released her seventh studio album, Plastic Hearts. Featuring 12 original songs, the album is being heralded as a return to a “rockier” sound by the star.
In an Instagram post shared on October 23, Cyrus, 27, revealed she first began work on the album two years ago, before losing everything when her home was destroyed by the California wildfires in November 2018.
“No one checks an ego like life itself. Just when I thought the body of work was finished … it was ALL erased. Including most of the music’s relevance. Because EVERYTHING had changed;’ she wrote.
And she’s not wrong.”I lost my house in a fire but found myself in its ashes;’ she added. As well as her current hit, ‘Edge of Midnight; which features Fleetwood Mac’s Stevie Nicks, the album also features collaborations with Joan Jett, Billy Idol and Dua Lipa. (Plastic Hearts is out Nov. 27)
