The Bachelor’s Sogand Mohtat offers words of advice to new contenders

Persian beauty Sogand Mohtat has offered some words of advice to the ladies vying for Jimmy Nicholson.

Reflecting on her time on Matt Agnew’s season, she wrote: “ taught me a big lesson & that was to let people be.Just because it’s different to what society says or how you’ve been brought up it doesn’t make it wrong. Let people live their lives however they want to. ♥️”

“I remember when my season was airing every Wed & Thurs I would be up till 4 am reading comments crying myself to sleep & then get up at 7 the next morning to go to work.”

“It was the hardest period of my life. You just never know what your comment can do to someone’s mental health. Some of these girls are in lockdown & I can’t imagine how hard it’d be to deal with it all on their own. I honestly couldn’t have done it without my friends & family’s support.”

What a star! Since appearing on Sogand has made quite a name for herself in the world, and kept away from the drama!

She went on to offer some words of advice, writing, “A Quick message to the girls this season. No one & I mean no one cares about the comments you get as much as you do. No one reads Facebook comments except the bullies that are there to leave the comments & they usually have horrible grammar. So if you can, don’t read them. Also people forget what happened 5 min ago let alone the last episode. Don’t dwell on it. Next episode, there’ll be on to someone else. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Anyways, I promise you it will all be worth it in the end. Remember people who care, don’t matter & people who matter, don’t care.🌹

Ps. Be careful of Megan P. She’s bad news.🙅🏾‍♀️”
